What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?
Coaching focuses on evolving and manifesting potential, while therapy generally focuses on healing and understanding. Coaching is mostly about present and future, while therapy might be more focused on the past and present. Coaching is generally a defined term engagement, while Therapy tends to be open-ended. And in coaching, accountability and assignments between sessions are expected, while in therapy these are less commonly expected.
