I became a Coach after witnessing through my own experience and through my clients the capacity of Coaching to maximize potential. As a Coach, I contribute to create value for my clients' professional and personal lives. I define Coaching as a process that taps into Clients' wisdom to become true to themselves. Isolated from the daily noise, Clients get to clarify what is really important and what they really want so they can maximize their potential by deploying their best abilities to pursue their key interests.
I define Advisory as a process that taps into other people's wisdom. Through Advisory, I provide and refer clients to third-party resources such as articles, tools, exercises, assessments and also own experiences and knowledge that can expedite client's resolution of issues at hand. Providing Coaching and Advisory in tandem produces strong results. Coaching generates the internal conviction and trust necessary for clients to implement actions recommended by Advisory.
Executive Coaching and Advisory focuses on professional and personal development goals such as management of career and personal transitions, effective communication and negotiation styles, performance management, enhancing strategic thinking, conflict management and organizational effectiveness, among others.
I also deliver solutions as a Leadership and Organizational Coach and Advisor because no matter whether within or outside an organization, we are always leading someone or needing to lead someone (including ourselves) and we are generally linked to an organization of some kind.
